At Timi of Sweden, we want you to love your jewelry and accessories; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Timi of Sweden pouches or boxes, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the nearest designated courier point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
